1. Page Ownership

• The user who creates a Page is designated the Admin and is considered the controller of the content.
• ConectYu retains the right to restrict, remove, or transfer ownership of any Page that violates platform rules or legal obligations.

2. Page Content

• All content posted to a Page must adhere to the Professional Community Policies and general Terms of Use.
• Admins must ensure that:
  • Content is not misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.
  • Media and text comply with copyright and IP laws.
  • Promotional content is clearly identified if paid or sponsored.

3. Prohibited Uses

Pages may not be used to:

• Promote illegal services or products.
• Distribute spam or bulk messages.
• Conduct harassment, misinformation, or impersonation.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

• Admins are encouraged to moderate posts and comments on their Pages to foster a safe and respectful space.
• Repeated violations by a Page may lead to:
  • Demotion in visibility.
  • Content removal.
  • Suspension or deletion of the Page and/or associated user account.

5. Page Deletion or Transfer

• Admins can delete a Page at any time through Page settings.
• If multiple Admins exist, ownership and moderation rights may be transferred by mutual consent or through support intervention in case of dispute.

6. Legal Compliance

Admins must ensure compliance with:

• The Indian IT Act and DPDP Act (for Indian users).
• GDPR or applicable international privacy and data laws.
• ConectYu's internal content guidelines.

Pages and their content are user-generated. ConectYu is not liable for:

• Content accuracy or reliability.
• Legal consequences of unauthorized or harmful posts.
• Actions taken by Admins toward Page followers or contributors.
